Skin-dress Fillet Review

The knife is an outstanding, versatile tool. I use it to dress put pheasants on a weekly basis. During deer season if I harvest one, it is very useful in breaking down and de-boning hind-quarters when I am processing. It keeps its edge, and handles most things I throw at it. This is the second one I have bought, and the first one is still my favorite.
