Refund policy

At Rapid River Knifeworks, we take pride in our knives and the customers who choose them. With over 20 years of craftsmanship and dedication, we stand behind every product we create and the people who rely on our knives every day. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth and straightforward process.

  1. Eligibility:

    • Products may be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
    • Items must be unused and in saleable condition.
    • A copy of the original receipt must be included with the return.

  2. Refund Details:

    • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Custom-Lasered Items: Custom-lasered products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
      • Lasered engraved handles are 100% non refundable. 

  3. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
    • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to process and appear on your original payment method.

  4. Ineligible Returns:

    • Items not purchased directly from our factory store cannot be returned.
