CRAFTSMANSHIP & PROCESSING

Every Rapid River knife is handcrafted with precision in our Michigan facility.

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped from our workshop within 3–5 business days.

  • High-Volume Periods: During holidays or major sales, processing times may extend. You will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order is staged for transport.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We utilize USPS for reliable delivery across the United States.

  • Shipping Times: Generally vary from 3 to 7 business days within the contiguous U.S.

  • Live Rates: Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on our discounted rates. Please note that delivery dates provided by USPS are estimates and are not guaranteed.

PACKAGE PROTECTION

Because we ship high-value, handcrafted goods, we offer Package Protection at checkout.

  • Uninsured Shipments: Packages sent without the purchase of Package Protection are uninsured. Rapid River Knifeworks is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged in transit, or stolen after delivery.

  • Secure Delivery: Please ensure your shipping address is a secure, trusted location. RRK is not liable for "porch piracy" or packages left at unattended residences.

  • Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a 100% accurate delivery address. Packages returned to our workshop due to an incorrect address will be subject to additional reshipping fees.

DAMAGED, LOST, and STOLEN ITEMS

If you purchased Package Protection and your order was damaged or lost in the mail, we’ve got your back. (THIS DOES NOT APPLY FOR ORDERS THAT SAY ARE "DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER"). If an order is marked as "Delivered" Rapid River Knifeworks is NOT responsible to replace the order. STOLEN ITEMS ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF RAPID RIVER KNIFEWORKS TO REPLACE.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

RRK ships globally. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information regarding duties and import regulations for cutlery.

FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE

All items purchased from our "Clearance" or "Final Sale" sections are non-returnable. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges on these items.
