Great customer service!

I purchased a knife for my grandson as more of a keepsake to moralize our time hunting together. I had the knife engraved and when it arrived it was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately it did come with what I perceived was a defect. I contacted Sue in customer service. She immediately explained they would be happy to do whatever it took to make my keepsake right. I sent it back and a week later my prefect keepsake was in my hand. Thank you Sue!
